Salvation Prayer
To make the greatest decision of your life is by starting to have a relationship with Jesus. Every relationship begins with a conversation and how we have a conversation with Jesus is through prayer.
Romans 10: 9 in the New International Version says: If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Here are some words that you can pray and believe in your heart.
Jesus,
I come to You today to make You the Lord and Saviour of my life.
I believe You lived, died and
rose again.
Thank You for dying on the Cross for me and as me.
I repent of all my sins.
I receive Your forgiveness.
I reject any of Satan's lies.
Thank you Jesus for making me new.
I choose to submit to You as my Lord of my life.
Holy Spirit fill me and lead me in
Jesus name,
Amen.
Church Planting
Statement
After numerous queries recently from liberty partners as well as pastors locally, nationally & internationally, we would like to state that liberty church has not re-branded our Joburg West Campus (Discovery) nor planted a new location or church in Johannesburg in 2020.
We do believe Johannesburg needs more churches to reach the un-churched! We do not endorse start-up churches that target, recruit & pursue believers from other established churches.
In our opinion, this does not constitute a great commission motivated nor kingdom-minded church plant! Romans 16:17 “I urge you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Keep away from them.”
